Bronchial asthma is a psychosomatic disease caused by many external events that are consider as stressors. The main cause of asthma is not the environment, but the gene downregulations caused by stress hormones. Their level become higher and then you are unable to get back into a normal calm state.
You might know that “STRESS IS AN ILLUSION. ITS MIND MADE”. But everything looks so terrible when you are under stress for a long period of time., right? Than the immune system disarm its protective shields and the body became vulnerable for every germs, bacteria and viruses.
But how to deal with stress? How to control yourself at thought moment?

You can’t deal with stress if you don’t have habits for it. Or you have to stay mindful. At stressful moment, you loose control because you have no abilities to remind yourself to stay calm and detached from the situation. That’s why you should learn how to deal with stress day by day until you know how to do it automatically.
Stress can be caused by:
- Job loss related with an occupational disease
- Divorce caused by your wife or husband because of disabilities to help financially to your family
- Not enough funds in your bank account
- Facing financial challenges
- Alienation of your child/children
- Court issues
- Loss of someone who passed away who you loved a lot
Remember that you always have choice!
When you are stressed, you forget to back to the reality because the chemistry in your body is changed by stress hormones as adrenaline and cortisol. That moment looks so different and you stuck completely. But there are many ways to gain control over it.
You can build a few habit that will help you to remain calm in a stressful situation.
– observe the situation without seeing yourself in
– observe what your thoughts at that moment
– observe your emotions and be the observer not the witness
– be ready to invest time for it, because without these practices you can’t handle yourself.
