Solutions for a bronchial asthma – How and where to find these?
When we are looking for solutions for such kind of disease, these are based on our inner believes. If you can’t change something, then you are agreeing with it. Once you accepted that kind of believe it becomes real. You accept the condition you are in, but you still fight with its symptoms. It creates a disharmony between what you accept and what you don’t tolerate.
If you have a disease, then you have many options and solutions
- to agree with and do nothing to change;
- to ask for helpful advice (some of those are point of views);
- to improve its symptoms;
- to be an observer, not the witness;
- to break the habit of being yourself;
- to become someone else;
- to break your old habits;
- to do something you have never done before;
- to try something you have never tried before;
- to eliminate all causes that triggers all of those changes within you;
You can get many answers from people who have had that kind of disease and they found the solutions. You can ask people who have never been in your place, and they can’t give you the correct advice.
Learn how to listen to your symptoms and observe their causes. Who caused those kinds of feelings? And who created your emotions? Don’t be the witness, but be their observer. You can’t see the opportunities from the witness’s role because you haven’t been in the observer’s role.
Stay detached from any situation and you can recognize that you are not there anymore. Your feelings are the messengers and you have to observe them. They talk to you silently. But what causes those feelings? Is it some image or word? Or a person? Or something from yesterday? Is it something you don’t want or avoid?
What causes your worsening symptoms? Are they related with medications or overdose? Are they related to stress that you can’t deal with? What are the main triggers of the symptoms? What did not do that could change your state? (mental and physical)
