You should be aware of these major triggers that cause worsening of the symptoms:
- constant chronic stress
- stressful situations and similar events
- unconscious short and fast breathing
- breathing through mouth
- work with chemical allergens – toxic gases and fumes, toxic liquids and disinfectants like chlorine and etc. (in occupational asthma)
- allergens that causes allergic reaction
What are the solutions for those triggers?
Find way and learn how to deal with stressful events and situations. Here are some solutions.
- practice mindful meditation, guided meditation
- box breathing in ratio 4 – 4 – 4 – 4 (through the nose)
- conscious breathing in ratio 4 to 8 (through the nose)
- physical exercises that can’t trigger hyperventilation
- avoid any alcohol consumption
- take less medications or use short lasting beta agonist (asthma inhalers) if possible
- avoid or ending any toxic relationships (most of these relationship related with anger, anxiety, hatred, jealousy and so on)
