These are many ways to control the energy in the body …
1. Conscious breathing
2. Mindful meditation
3. Streching exercises like Yoga and Wushu
4. Intention
5. Visualization
6. Using the hands to expand and rellocate the energy.
We breath to support our bodies with oxigen. Every inhale takes amound of energy. Every exhale releases the energy. When we control every inhalation and exhalation, we breath conscoiusly. We control how long we inhale and exhale. Then we control the stream of energy.
In mindful meditation we are aware of what happens every moment and we stay present. Our senses respond on the environment as the tree on the wind. If we are mindful we are able to control everything without any action or reaction. Then we control the energy.
Our bodies are similar, but the flexible body is able to take and release more energy than the non flexible. That’s why the little kids are full with energy, but the old people are almost depleted of energy. By Yoga and Wushu we are able to become flexible. These both are similar because of the stretches, otherwise are different practices.
What ever happens around us takes our attention. What ever happens within us, takes our intention. We can use our intention to control and redirect the energy in the body. To improve our intention we involve our imagination. Than we gain full control of the energy which circulate through the body.
Our hands are to serve us during our lifetime. The are not only to grab or to take things. They can take, hold and release the energy. That’s why Reiki masters can heal others and themselves.
