Why many people experience a psychological distress?
The world has changed and continue to change day by day. Many people found themselves in a trap because they look for security. They don’t understand that life is not insurance company. The life with extreme changes is like a life in the jungle. Those who are able to adjust on the environment will survive, but others will give up. They aren’t able to accept the biggest challenges which comes. Most of these people getting worse and some of them already gone from this wolrd. Why these people aren’t able to tolerate the environmental changes, but others are still endurable of these changes? Why many of the people experience psychological distress? but some groups of people are still in control of their life?
What actually happened?
You have seen many, who practice Yoga or other kinds of spiritual development. Everything is based of our spirituality, not on the material world. We can’t change the climate or the weather. We can’t change the biggest conflicts on the world, but we can change the way we perceive it. If you know how to gain from every situation you will be successful, no matter the changes on the world. If the war happened on another side of the world, you pay attention to it. If the war happened near to the border of your country, you begin to worry about. Your mind created many thoughts and scenes about the situation and no matter what the real situation is. If dangerous virus was spreaded, you will begin to worry for yourself. This is your subnconscious reaction to all external changes. This is happening right now with many people and they don’t know how to respond of it. They are not ready for any changes, because they live in the material world and they don’t know well the spiritual world. They are familiar with everything known as material, what they have seen, but unfamiliar with the spirituality. This is the reason, that they colapse during these changes and many of them have already left this world.
What should we do in the worse case scenarios?
When something bad or worse happened, we have to respond, not to react. I have seen many people who still react on the words because they cause similar scenes in their imagination. If the words cause some kind of stress, or anxiety within you, work on it. If the people’s behaviour cause any emotions within you, work with yourself. If you feel tired because of the stressful situations, work with your body and mind. If you don’t know how to do that, you can find a lot of information, but remembet that you have to learn how properly to use the information. Remember that “Being and non-being create each other” – Lao Tzu. In other words, you creat your material world from no matter. You create the chaos in your mind and the peace within. When you create a chaos, you become sick and weak. When you are peaceful, you become strong and healthy. These are choices and you choose how to live and no one can change it, but only you.
